Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing by March 25 will qualify for a refund of 80%; cancellations received in writing by April 22 will qualify for a refund of 40%; no refunds will be given after April 22 due to Conference contractual service arrangements. (If you registered and paid for the conference but cannot attend because your Visa application is declined, you are eligible for a 100% refund, unless you applied for a Visa after March 15, 2012. If you applied for a Visa after March 15 then the standard cancellation policy applies.)
